Atty. Kym Leiner C. Hernandez is an Associate and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Management Group. In over four (4) years of practice, Kym has been heavily involved in trial and litigation practice involving civil, criminal, and administrative cases. She handles highly confidential family law and private crimes cases for the Firm, in which she successfully defends falsely charged clients and secures their acquittal.
Kym was part of the team that secured twin dismissals and an acquittal in the Sandiganbayan for several cases where the Firm’s client was charged withgraft and corruption. She was also part of the team that successfully obtained approval of the rehabilitation plan for a corporation involving claims worth more than US$1.5 Billion. She is also part of the team that represents one of the biggest domestic banks in what is dubbed the largest cyber-heist in history.
Kym was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2016, after earning her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the same university, where she graduated magna cum laude.
