Professional Background

 

Atty. Adrian Paul S. Mallari is an Associate of the Firm. As a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department, his practice primarily involves counseling companies with regard to their regulatory compliance and advising clients on various corporate fields like data privacy, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, financial technology, estate planning, insurance, energy, and deal structuring.

 

Adrian has also garnered experience in contract review, corporate secretarial work, due diligence, and the formation of corporations and entities in the Philippines.

 

Adrian received his Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2016. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the same university in 2021. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 with Exemplary Performance and joined the Firm in the same year.
