Atty. V Porfirio Nathaniel Sison Roxas is an Associate at the Firm, where he is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. His practice involves various litigation matters, spanning criminal, civil, and commercial cases.

 

Porfirio brings extensive experience having previously worked in startups, providing corporate structuring, contract drafting, negotiation, and intellectual property protection and licensing.

 

Prior to joining the Firm, Porfirio was an associate at a law firm of a former Commissioner of the Bureau of Internal Revenue. He represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, estate settlements, and assessment disputes before the Regional Trial Court, the Court of Tax Appeals, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

 

Porfirio earned his Juris Doctor degree from the San Beda University School of Law, Manila, in 2019, where he was a writer on international affairs for the San Beda Law Journal. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Minor in Enterprise Development from Ateneo de Manila University, and is an awardee of the prestigious Business Accelerator Program Entrepreneur Award from the John Gokongwei School of Management. He was a recipient of the Lucio Tan scholarship during his studies in Xiamen University, China.
