Atty. Antonio Rafael B. Ongkeko, Jr. is a Senior Associate and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Management Group and its Arbitration Practice Group. His practice areas include civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, and construction and commercial arbitration. Tochi represents industry leaders and high net worth individuals in some of the most controversial cases in the Philippines, including the corporate rehabilitation of a company with liabilities totaling more than US$1.5 Billion, the estate proceedings of one of the wealthiest business tycoons in the country, and a public interest case involving one of the private firms providing water and wastewater services in Metro Manila.

 

Tochi is also heavily involved in anti-graft and corrupt practices litigation, where he has successfully defended prominent government officials in cases before the Sandiganbayan, and in several anti-money laundering cases.

Tochi was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from the same university.
