Professional Background

 

Atty. Jeorge S. Chua Jr. is an Associate of the Firm. As a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department, his practice primarily involves counseling companies on their regulatory compliance and providing tailored advice in the fields of general corporate and commercial law, labor and employment, renewable energy, media and telecommunications, and information technology. His practice also includes preparing various legal documents, corporate restructuring, contract drafting and review, and conducting extensive due diligence exercises.

 

He joined the Firm and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2021. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, Major in Legal Management, and Minor in English Literature from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2016.
