Atty. Rachelle Ann L. Go is an Associate of the Firm and a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Her practice primarily involves counseling individuals and companies in relation to their regulatory compliance and providing advice in the fields of general corporate and commercial law, competition law, securities regulation, foreign investments, banking, taxation, estate planning, and immigration. Her practice also includes assisting in mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, conducting extensive due diligence exercises, and advising entities registered and intending to register with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and the Board of Investments.

 

Her exposure to the field of taxation has given Rachelle numerous opportunities to guide local and foreign clients on tax issues affecting their operations, including income tax and value-added tax matters, tax treaty relief applications, and regulatory compliance. She has also spent considerable time in advising and preparing various legal documents related to estate planning, donations, and transfers of properties.

 

Rachelle joined the Firm and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2021 and graduated from the same university with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management and minor in Marketing.
