Atty. Mona Sofia Y. Casano joined V&A Law in 2024. She is a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department. She handles  corporate organization, corporate housekeeping and regulatory compliances with various government agencies, and assists in providing advice in the fields of general corporate and commercial law, foreign investments, competition law, banking, and immigration. She also assists in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, contract drafting and review, estate planning and settlement, and conducting due diligence exercises.

 

She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and minor in Marketing from the same university in 2018.
