Atty. Adrian Paul S. Mallari is a Senior Associate of the Firm. As a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department, his practice primarily involves counseling foreign and domestic corporations on their regulatory compliance with various local government agencies.

His practice areas mainly focuses on the legal fields of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, competition law, energy, real estate, data privacy, insurance, telecommunications, financial technology, estate planning, and deal structuring, among others. Adrian has likewise provided legal advice for numerous corporations involving matters of procurement, bidding, special projects, and public-private partnerships.

He has also counseled various corporations in relation to setting up their business in the country, corporate restructuring and reorganization, as well as corporate dissolution and liquidation in the Philippines.

Adrian received his Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2016. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the same university in 2021. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 with Exemplary Performance and joined the Firm on the same year.
