Professional Background
 

Atty. Elaine A. Atienza is a Partner with over five years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She is also a member of the Firm’s Arbitration Practice Group. Her practice includes criminal, civil and commercial litigation, intra-corporate disputes, family law, environmental law, anti-graft and corruption, corporate rehabilitation and insolvency disputes and construction arbitration.

 

Among the notable cases handled by Elaine is the intra-corporate dispute for control over one of the major hospitals in the country, where the Firm successfully represented minority shareholders and members of the hospital’s Board of Directors. She is also part of the team which successfully obtained a multi-million arbitral award from the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission in favor of one of the largest construction companies in the Philippines.

 

Elaine was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2016. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines.
