Atty. Sanny-din L. Usodan recently joined V&A Law few months after he was officially admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2024 from the University of the Philippines Diliman - College of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. During his law school, he was a consistent member of the Order of the Purple Feather – the official honor society of the Juris Doctor program of the University of the Philippines College of Law.

Atty. Sanny received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Mindanao State University – Main Campus (Marawi) in 2011, where he graduated cum laude. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) after passing the 2011 CPA Board Examination. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he has an extensive knowledge and work experience in doing both external and internal audit of various multinational corporations.
