Lea is an Associate at Villaraza & Angangco, advising both local and multinational clients on a broad range of labor and employment issues. She provides strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, workplace data privacy, and employment structuring, and assists companies in managing day-to-day human resource challenges.

Her experience spans advisory and litigation work. Lea counsels clients on labor implications of corporate restructuring, business transfers, and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration. She also drafts and reviews employment contracts, company policies, and internal guidelines to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

In her litigation practice, Lea has been involved in representing clients in high-stakes labor disputes, including cases that resulted in multimillion-peso settlements before administrative and judicial bodies. She has also advised on issues involving overseas employment and regulatory requirements for business process outsourcing companies.

Lea was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management from De La Salle University, where she graduated with honorable mention.
