Atty. Patricia A. Dizon joined V&A Law in 2025. She is presently engaged in a multidisciplinary rotation program across the Firm’s Corporate, Litigation, and Intellectual Property Departments. She assists in advising both local and international clients on a wide array of corporate and commercial matters and supports engagements involving government projects, banking and finance, corporate governance, estate settlements, securities, and taxation.
Prior to her admission to the Philippine Bar, Patricia gained significant experience in legislative reform through her work with the University of the Philippines Law Center’s Institute of Government and Law Reform. She was a member of the team that drafted the Internal Rules and Regulations for the Anti-Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children Act (R.A. No. 11930), as well as proposed amendments to the Labor Code and the Code of Crimes. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024.
Patricia obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2024, where she was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. She was a member of the Order of the Purple Feather, the University's honor society, for three consecutive years. In 2018, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas, where she received the Deloitte (Navarro Amper & Co.) Award for Leadership. In the same year, she passed the Certified Public Accountant licensure examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission.
