Atty. Warren Edrick G. Chu is a Junior Associate of the Firm. Prior to joining V&A Law in 2024, he handled cases involving labor, dispute resolution, and construction-related matters. Despite being a young lawyer, he has already gained experience in successfully negotiating against older and more seasoned lawyers, ensuring that his clients’ interests are protected.

Currently, he is a member of the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Law Department, rendering corporate secretarial work and legal advisories in the fields of Immigration, Gaming Law, Taxation, and Power & Energy. He also assists in conducting legal due diligence for the Firm’s practice relating to Mergers & Acquisitions.

He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines and his undergraduate degree in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
