Rashel will examine the responsibilities and liabilities of foreign-based employers, categorized into three distinct arrangements: (a) foreign-based principals hiring independent contractors; (b) foreign-based principals establishing a local subsidiary in the Philippines; and (c) foreign-based principals engaging a separate local company to serve as the employer for local workers.
