Atty. Beltran’s practice areas include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, banking and financial services, energy, and data privacy. 

 

Atty. Beltran advises clients in various corporate and project financing deals for the development of renewable power plants and the roll-out of telecommunications infrastructures in the Philippines. He is also part of the team which advises a consortium of banks in relation to what is arguably the biggest corporate rehabilitation case in the country. He also has extensive experience in conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, and preparing relevant documents for notable mergers and acquisitions of companies across multiple industries.
