On 19 November 2019, Attys. Ernesto C. Herrera III, Carlo Augustine A. Roman, and Efren II R. Resurreccion of the V&A Corporate and Commercial Law Department spoke at the 7th Labor Relations Summit at the Marco Polo Hotel, Ortigas. Attys. Herrera, Roman, and Resurreccion  addressed Human Resource ("HR") practitioners of various Filipino and international corporations and lectured on the latest jurisprudence on termination disputes, wages, and other benefits, highlighting nuances and doctrines brought about by recent Supreme Court decisions.

 

The two-day event, organized by IAM Training Services and sponsored by V&A Law, sought to provide HR practitioners and in-house labor counsel guidance on new developments in Philippine labor law, specifically with respect to recent legislation and jurisprudence.
