Atty. John Ray Allen C. Bisarra is an Associate of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. His practice focuses on compliance check and advisory on the minimum labor standards, pre-employment concerns, termination, and company policies. He likewise handles contentious labor matters before the NLRC involving dismissals and money claims.

Allen obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2023, and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Filipino from the same university, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. 

During his time in law school, Allen served as a research assistant at the UP Law Center and a faculty member at the UP College of Arts and Letters and the Ateneo De Manila University School of Humanities. Prior to entering the Firm, Allen acted as the Chief of Staff for one of the Commissioners of the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission and worked as a legal officer under the Assistant Secretary for Legal Affairs of the Department of Education.

Allen was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and joined the Firm in the same year.
