Mandy Therese M. Anderson is a Partner with more than eight years of experience in general corporate and commercial law. Mandy specializes in taxation, corporate and commercial law and has acted as counsel for sellers and buyers in cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions of private and public companies across various industries, such as telecommunications, logistics, energy, real estate, business process outsourcing, retail, mass media, e-commerce and financial technology.  As a CPA-lawyer, she routinely provides advice on national and local taxation and customs regulations (structuring and transactional) to a wide range of clients – multinationals, start-ups, foreign entities engaged in various industries and desiring to do business in the Philippines, as well as family corporations, high net worth individuals and their estates.

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2015, where she ranked fifth in her class. Mandy also placed 5th in the Philippine Bar in 2016. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Carlos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy in 2009 and passed the Board Examinations for Certified Public Accountants in the same year.
