Atty. Dianne Marie V. Roa-Oarde, a Partner of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, specializes in disputes relating to commercial, tax and civil matters. She is also a member of the Firm's Arbitration Practice Group.

 

In her years of practice, Dianne has built a strong and reputable background in litigation and dispute resolution, and is cited by clients for her attention to detail and keen understanding of client concerns. Among the notable cases and disputes she has handled are an intra-corporate dispute over control of one of the country’s largest healthcare corporations and its subsidiaries, the insolvency proceedings for one of the country’s largest foreign investors, and a series of multi-jurisdictional disputes relating to a cybercrime attack on banks in 2016. She also regularly renders advisory work for clients and foreign counsel on issues relating to Philippine law on arbitration, contractual breach, engineering and construction, insurance, and other various matters. 

 

Her clients include Bonifacio Gas Corporation, Fountel Corporation, Professional Services, Inc., Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, Malayan Insurance Company Inc., Makati Development Corporation, Alveo Land Inc., and Abundance Providers and Entrepreneurs Corporation.
